Overview

Perelel runs a content engine that never stops — campaigns, social-first video, events, and always-on social. I came in to lead production end to end: assembling crew and vendors, owning the schedule and budget on the day, and shepherding everything through post to final delivery.

My Role

Creative Producer (Contract)

The single point of accountability for production — translating creative briefs into executable plans, running crew and vendors, owning schedule and budget, and carrying every project through post to delivery.

Production Approach

My approach was to make production predictable so creative could stay ambitious — clear pre-pro documents everyone could trust, a single source of truth for schedules and deliverables, and tight communication loops so brand, creative, and social were never guessing. When the same kinds of shoots recurred, I built them into repeatable templates so each project started further ahead than the last.

Deliverables

Campaign stills, social-first video cutdowns, event coverage, and BTS — delivered in the formats and specs each channel needed, organized and tracked so nothing slipped between shoot and publish.

Outcome

The brand got a producer it could hand a brief to and trust to deliver — on schedule, on budget, and ready for every channel. Production ran more predictably, post moved faster, and creative and social could plan around a reliable pipeline.
